The work we do requires trust, and trust is built over time. Spirographic AI LLC is committed to protecting your proprietary data at every level.

Platform Integrity The Spirographic AI methodology represents years of proprietary development and is protected under pending patent 63/956,230. To preserve the integrity of our platform, engagement patterns that systematically probe scoring parameters or calibration methodology fall outside the scope of permitted use and will result in contract termination. We ask all partners to engage in good faith — as we commit to doing in return.

Privacy

Zero Data Retention All analyses are performed on a fully isolated, standalone server. Your proprietary molecules never touch the internet — before, during, or after processing. No data is stored, shared, or retained following delivery of results.

How Your Data Is Protected Results are reported by assigned compound number only. Molecular structures are never included in deliverables, ensuring your proprietary chemistry remains protected at every stage.

Accept SMILES data Because we are a small company the preferred method for processing your data is for you to send a thumb drive for exploritory molicules that have less value we do have the ability to send encripted email but this is not the prefered method. If you are processing more than 10 molicules at a time we will come to your facility and process everything on site with a 48 hour turn around. 

Operating Policy

Operating Capacity Due to our current company size and hand-review process, functional capacity is limited to 100 molecules per month. This ensures every analysis receives the careful attention your compounds deserve. Capacity limits will be revisited as infrastructure grows.

Submission Options

Physical Media (Preferred) The preferred submission method is encrypted thumb drive via courier service. Courier costs are the responsibility of the client in both directions. Upon completion, the drive is securely wiped and returned with your numbered results report.

Encrypted Email Encrypted email submission is available upon request. Please note that no email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Spirographic AI LLC accepts no liability for data intercepted in transit when this method is chosen at the client’s request.

On-Site Processing For partners submitting more than 10 compounds, on-site processing at your facility is available. Travel and accommodation arrangements are coordinated directly with the client. Please contact us to discuss scheduling.

What is SMILES Data? SMILES (Simplified Molecular Input Line Entry System) is the standard text-based format for representing molecular structures. Your computational chemistry team will be familiar with this format.
