The work we do requires absolute trust, and that trust is built over time. Spirographic AI is committed to protecting your proprietary data at every level — and we expect the same good faith in return when executing your drug safety pharmacokinetics prediction needs.

Platform Integrity: The Spirographic AI methodology represents years of proprietary development and is protected under provisional patent 63/956,230. Engagement patterns that systematically probe scoring parameters, reverse-engineer calibration methodology, or attempt to extract platform architecture fall outside the scope of permitted use and will result in immediate contract termination.

Privacy

Zero Data Retention: All analyses run on a fully isolated, air-gapped server with no internet connectivity. Your proprietary molecular structures never leave your control — no cloud processing, no third-party servers, and no retained data. Results are delivered by assigned compound number only; molecular structures are never included in any deliverable.

How to Submit: Spirographic AI accepts molecular data in SMILES format via three secure pathways scaled to your needs. This ensures your intellectual property remains completely protected during advanced functional group based drug screening:

  • Encrypted transfer — for small exploratory sets of fewer than 10 compounds where speed is the priority.
  • Physical media — for proprietary compounds where air-gap security is required; submit via an encrypted thumb drive for processing on our isolated system.
  • On-site processing — for larger volumes undergoing secure batch SMILES screening ADME (10 or more compounds), our team comes to your facility and runs all analyses on your premises with a 48-hour turnaround. Your structures never leave your building.

For pharmaceutical and biotech clients conducting high-value novel compound ADME profiling, on-site processing is our recommended pathway.

Analytical Capacity

Spirographic AI operates a rigorous, hand-reviewed analysis pipeline, ensuring every compound receives expert-level attention at each stage. Current capacity is capped at 100 compounds per month.

This limit exists by design, not by constraint. It reflects our strict commitment to the quality of output that pharmaceutical-grade decision-making requires. We do not run automated batch processing without human review.

Submission & Contracts

All work is performed on a contract basis. Services and pricing are negotiated individually and structured on a 6-month contract term.

Analytical capacity is limited and allocated by priority. Clients with established relationships and consistent utilization are given the first right of renewal and priority access to available slots. New client inquiries are evaluated based on project fit, compound volume, and timeline alignment. Spirographic AI does not take on more clients than it can serve at the high standard of care our pipeline requires.
